1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
- You will retain access to course materials completed during your subscription

We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase

- The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window

- Accounts that have been terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions
- Partial usage of a subscription period (only full-period refunds are considered)

- Reason for the refund request

5. Processing Refunds
